About the Job

We are looking for a talented recruitment professional to manage a managed workforce recruitment program. The ideal candidate will have excellent recruitment process knowledge and experience working with third-party vendors.

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the program
  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and temporary recruitment requests
  • Record and maintain information regarding recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements
  • Carry out vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, briefing 3rd party suppliers, screening incoming CV's, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, onboarding and contractor management activities
  • Manage local relations with clients and agencies
  • Check, upload and track invoices and approvals for payment
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve local issues with customers and agencies
  • Monitor successful achievement of local service level agreements
  • Provide statistical analysis support and other duties as client needs dictate
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in staffing or human resources (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with confidential issues
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
