Executive Assistant to Board Members

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Places for People Scotland Board Members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Board has all the necessary information and resources to make informed decisions.

Your role will involve coordinating stakeholder updates, managing inboxes, and identifying urgent matters. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings, ensuring things run to schedule, and acting as the first point of contact for our Non-Executive Directors.

About the Role

This is a part-time position working 18 hours a week, with flexibility on whether you want to do 3 full days or spread this across the week. The role will offer a hybrid working model, combining both office and home-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Board members, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Manage inboxes, identify urgent matters, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate stakeholder updates, including government officials and external stakeholders
  • Support with the coordination of papers and presentations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension, holiday package, cashback plan, bonus, and training opportunities.
