Job Summary

Finn Search Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project from preconstruction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to deliver commercial shell & core, fit out (Cat A, A+ & B) and refurbishment schemes in the UK.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including design, Health & Safety, RAMS compilation & approvals, permits, Sub Contractor & direct labour management, procurement, value engineering, programming, and pre start meeting attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead engineer/project manager within UK building services projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
