Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Engineering and Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Orion Electrotech. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial performance, schedule, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage project stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including MS Project, Prince 2, and APMP

Education and Qualifications:

  • HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electro-mechanical, or electrical engineering
