Assistant Manager Opportunity

Urban Pubs & Bars is seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our expanding group. With a diverse range of properties and new openings, this is an exciting time to join a people-focused and progressive operations-led business.

The Role
  • As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue, taking ownership and demonstrating great commercial understanding.
  • You will be responsible for training, nurturing, and developing your team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • This role would suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position, with opportunities to train, personally develop, and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a manager, depending on the property being considered.
  • Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to be approachable and manage pressure with ease.
  • Superb customer and floor service skills, with an entrepreneurial flair and passion for people, training, and mentoring.
