Progress Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Progress Support Specialist to join our team at Burton and South Derbyshire College. As a Progress Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their full potential.
About the Role- You will be responsible for monitoring student attendance, representing the college at meetings, and providing pastoral care and support to students as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with young people, and a positive attitude. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality support to students.
