Founders Operations Specialist:
We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as a Founders Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the productivity of our founding team by managing a broad range of administrative, research, and project-based tasks.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing general administrative tasks, including personal requests from the founders and basic research.
  • Conducting targeted research and presenting findings in an organized format.
  • Collaborating on diverse project management tasks, such as structuring a CRM for platform sales or implementing systematic outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A strong academic background, ideally with a top university degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and capable of creative problem-solving.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
