About Our Team

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop effective relationships with health professionals, private providers, and voluntary sector services to facilitate smooth transitions.
  2. Communicate effectively with individuals and families on various issues, providing intervention in complex relationships.

Your Expertise

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of adult safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
