About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Presentation Operations Manager to join our team at St James Quarter. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and presentation across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cleaning / Presentation team to ensure a positive, motivational, and supportive working environment.
  • Develop and implement advanced planning of all cleaning operations, including periodic tasks with clear schedules and sign-off of all duties and tasks complete.
  • Ensure excellence in cleaning operations, including security, health and safety, and compliance, as well as colleague grooming and presentation, guest and staff interaction, and ambience of St James Quarter.
  • Focus on strategic planning and implementation of best practice initiatives and innovation to ensure we remain at the forefront of cleaning and operational practices.
  • Manage recruitment, induction training, development, and retention of colleagues, ensuring continued ongoing focus and reporting on monthly performance.
  • Ensure adequate quality performance measures (KPIs/SLAs) are adhered to and any non-compliance is resolved in a professional manner with clear plans and next steps visible to all.
  • Deliver excellent leadership, communication, and motivation to the site-based team, including daily communication to ensure a sound communication channel exists to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational management, including experience in developing others.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and deliver with short deadlines, working in a team environment and autonomously.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating crisis and emergency response.
