Job Title: Night Shift Deputy Presentation Manager

ABM UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Deputy Presentation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cleaning and presentation team to ensure a positive and motivated working environment.
  • Develop and implement advanced cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Manage the day-to-day cleaning schedules and ensure delivery of exceptional operational standards.
  • Focus on training and development of the team to establish good working practices and create meaningful positive customer experience interactions.
  • Hold regular team meetings with the supervision team to ensure a one-team approach.
  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure excellence in cleaning operations throughout our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning operational management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
  • High energy, calm under pressure, and a real team player.
  • Experience in managing and leading a large cleaning team with a focus on ensuring high morale at all times.
  • Good attention to detail within the cleaning industry.
  • Health and Safety IOSH Managing Safely.
