Job Description

We are seeking a Part-time Finance Specialist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing purchase/sales ledgers, expenses, cash books, and nominal ledger up to Trial Balance. They will also handle bank account management and payment preparation, as well as supporting credit control to ensure timely payments from clients.

About the Role
  • Finance Administration: Manage and maintain accurate financial records in Xero.
  • Credit Control: Support timely payments from clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Strong experience in administration and financial processes.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Xero (highly desirable) and exceptional multitasking abilities.
