Vulnerable Individuals Support Specialist

As an Activities Coordinator at HC-One, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
We are looking for someone with a passion for working with vulnerable individuals, who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to our activity programmes. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly with colleagues and residents, and demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and resident-centered care.
A competitive hourly rate is available for this role, and benefits include paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, and meal provision during long shifts. You will also have access to a company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave, and a range of wellbeing initiatives.
