Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Specialist to join our Adult's Community Care Team in Luton. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing professional assessments of need and risk for complex and moderately challenging cases. This will involve working closely with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to develop personalized care plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 1 year post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry;
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance (we can assist with obtaining this);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with local authority policies and procedures.
