Olive Branch Fostering is an independent fostering agency providing foster placements to children and young people across England. Our objective is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children placed in our care, where they can develop and reach their full potential.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This challenging and rewarding role involves working closely with foster carers to deliver targeted support, guidance, and development opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing placements, planning interventions, and coordinating the activities of social work assistants/sessional workers to further the outcomes for children and young people in placement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree and current SWE registration.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • The ability to undertake an enhanced DBS.
  • Experience of working to targets and performance indicators.
  • Experience in children's services and foster care delivery.
