We are seeking a minister to lead our fellowship alongside our staff team of associate minister, family and children's worker, and CAP debt centre manager. As the senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping the spiritual direction of our church.
Our church is a lively community based in Rawtenstall, Lancashire. We have a strong focus on social action and outreach, with various activities beyond Sunday worship. Our outreach includes providing food to those in need and running a Christian bookshop.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for preaching the gospel and be committed to growing and adapting according to God's will. You will be responsible for leading our weekly services, as well as mentoring and guiding our existing staff members.
As this is a full-time position, we require applicants to have the right to work in the UK. Family accommodation is available if needed, and a full driving license is necessary. The first six months will be a probationary period.
