Lead Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate Primary Education Specialist to join our team, specializing in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and laying the foundation for their future academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built Relationships: Foster strong relationships with children to ensure they engage with the curriculum and maximize their learning potential.
- Calm and Nurturing Approach: Implement a calm and nurturing environment to promote happy and positive attitudes among children.
- Transition Support: Provide support to children and families during their transition to Primary School, ensuring a smooth and successful adaptation.
- Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons and continuous provision to enable children to achieve their full potential.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Teaching Assistants, parents, and other professionals, such as SENCO and educational psychologists, to support pupil development.
- Safeguarding: Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding all pupils, adhering to school policies and participating in regular safeguarding training.
- Progress Monitoring: Ensure children's progress is assessed and recorded, allowing for timely feedback to be provided to children, parents, and Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Child Development Understanding
- Enhanced DBS Certificate
- SEMH Experience: Possess experience supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in shaping the futures of our students.
