We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our adult social care policy initiatives as an Adult Social Care Policy Lead. Estimated annual compensation ranges from £40,000 to £60,000.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of policies and procedures within our framework, supporting the integration of specific services into day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will deliver wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategies to enhance team performance and meet EHCP requirements.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, psychotherapy, or be registered as a practitioner psychologist with the HCPC. Your experience in supervising therapy teams and possessing a valid UK driving licence will also be essential.
