Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to support our Sales Operations Team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a critical role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient business-critical processes.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, working closely with other sales support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Report Generation: Produce and run reports required by the Sales team and customers, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job role.
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, with a focus on customer support and relationship building.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in IT systems, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Up to £28,988 per annum, with a bonus of up to 20% (up to £5,797 payable yearly).
Location: Redhill RH1 1RH, with potential for agile working after 3 months.
