Student Success Advocate

beBee Professionals in Darlington is seeking a dedicated and passionate Student Success Advocate to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications to support students with special educational needs.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
