Job Summary:The successful candidate will work closely with SEN students, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. This role requires a strong understanding of special education principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist SEN students in classroom activities, ensuring their needs are met and they are able to participate fully.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans, working closely with lead teachers and other support staff.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment, promoting the well-being and success of all students.
- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by SEN students.
