Primary Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized support plans for students with SEN.
- Provide targeted support during lessons, focusing on students' unique needs and abilities.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, emphasizing social growth and academic success.
- Help maintain open lines of communication between educators, students, and parents, ensuring a cohesive support network.
- Significant experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective partnerships with educators and students.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students, creating a supportive learning ecosystem.
- Desirable qualifications in education or SEN support.
- A competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role.
