Scientific Equipment Maintenance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the scientific equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service and calibration work on complex scientific equipment, including hardware and software maintenance.
- Conduct on-site visits to clients' premises to install, commission, and train users on new equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, including fault finding and problem resolution.
- Work with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in the field.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience working on complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
