About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Mase Consulting Ltd. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the scientific equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine service and calibration work on complex scientific equipment, including hardware and software maintenance.
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients' premises to install, commission, and train users on new equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, including fault finding and problem resolution.
  • Work with clients to understand their equipment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in the field.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with experience working on complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
