• Executing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

• Assessing equipment performance and resolving any technical issues.

• Cultivating strong relationships with clients and surpassing their expectations.

• Keeping precise records of service activities, including reports and logs.

To qualify for the Field Service Engineer position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• An HNC (or equivalent) in Engineering or a Scientific field.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A resourceful approach to problem-solving with a talent for addressing technical challenges.

• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative.

• A collaborative team player with a positive outlook.

• A valid UK driving license.
