About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Scientific Director to join our Medical Education team at Health Unlimited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional scientific content and editorial services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Editorial Excellence
    • Develop and implement editorial strategies to ensure high-quality content across various projects
    • Provide expert guidance on written materials, including scientific reports, articles, and other content
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery
  • Scientific Leadership
    • Lead scientific discussions and provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' scientific strategies and therapeutic areas
    • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and conversion
  • Team Management
    • Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members
    • Ensure high scientific standards and clinical accuracy across projects and teams
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency
Requirements
  • Editorial Expertise
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality written content across various formats
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of scientific communication
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Scientific Knowledge
    • In-depth understanding of scientific principles and therapeutic areas
    • Ability to analyze complex scientific data and communicate findings effectively
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific developments and advancements
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Ability to present complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner
