Domestic AssistantJob Introduction

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to join our team at Compass Group UK&I. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning of wards, side rooms, toilets, showers, and public areas
  • Ensuring rubbish bins are maintained and removed when full
  • Maintaining high hospital standards by ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and safe for visitors
  • Using equipment in accordance with the role following all Health & Safety guidelines
  • Communicating effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
  • Confident working in a hospital environment
  • Prior experience is not necessary; we value a willingness to learn and take pride in your work
