Job Title: Property Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Miller Homes.

The successful candidate will assist in the identification of new land and development opportunities, maintain a database of contacts, collate background information, and accurately report on data.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in identifying and evaluating potential land and development sites.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, including property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collate and analyze data related to land and development opportunities.
  • ASSIST IN DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE PROPERTY VALUES.

Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
