Salary

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary package, including a generous annual leave entitlement and a fantastic benefits scheme that offers flexibility to suit individual circumstances.

Our salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working as part of a dynamic team to advise clients on various projects related to infrastructure and utility development. You will have the chance to work on a diverse range of assignments, from land assembly to negotiation of heads of terms, option agreements, and voluntary agreements for land acquisition and compensation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessment of Injurious Affection claims for Electricity operators
  • Negotiation of heads of terms, option agreements, and voluntary agreements for land acquisition and compensation
  • Providing guidance and supervision to Graduate surveyors in the team
  • Participation in the ongoing development and implementation of an effective profit centre business plan
  • Implementation of policy and ensuring legal compliance on all work carried out
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience of driving projects forward and establishing new relationships. Experience of working in the public or private sector or returning to work after a career break is also advantageous.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this position.
