We are seeking a highly skilled Property Rights Acquisition Expert to join our team at WSP.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring property rights and land access for infrastructure projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with landowners to acquire property rights
- Securing land access for infrastructure projects
- Preparing and implementing project plans
- Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication
Requirements:

- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
