Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team at Nouvo Recruitment (London). As a key member of our estate agency, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences
  • Assess buyers' and sellers' particular needs and negotiate offers accordingly
  • Respond to queries via email and telephone
  • Promote properties through various mediums
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estate agency at Sales or Senior Sales level, with local knowledge preferred
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills

  • Basic salary of £22,000 + £3,000 car allowance
  • OTE of £55,000
