Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing contractors, completing health and safety checks, and providing a first-class service to our residents.
