Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Coach Development Lead to join our team at Colchester United. As a key member of our Community Coaching Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering coaching plans that meet the needs of our participants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and deliver coaching plans that meet the needs of our participants.
  • To work closely with colleagues, players, and parents/guardians to ensure the success of our programmes.
  • To contribute to the growth and development of our Boys Development Centre programme.

Requirements:
  • A UEFA C Coaching Award or equivalent qualification.
  • First aid and safeguarding qualifications.
  • An enhanced DBS check and a full clean UK driving license.
