As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to patients on our general wards. You will assess patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NMC Registration
- BLS/ILS
- ENB 998 or equivalent
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
