We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Bournemouth. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing a list of pre-booked online meetings, ensuring a smooth and seamless process, upselling a range of services and tariffs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' sales experience in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and sales platforms
