At Elite Venue Selection, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Bournemouth. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with us to promote our stunning venues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About Us
The Royal Bath Hotel is one of Bournemouth's oldest hotels, boasting 207 bedrooms set within secluded grounds offering breathtaking views across the bay. With a rich history dating back to Queen Victoria's coronation day, we pride ourselves on providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional who can utilise their skills to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
- PROMOTE OUR VENUES THROUGH EFFECTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
- MONITOR AND REPORT ON SALES PERFORMANCE TO INFORM BUSINESS DECISIONS
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND MARKETING, WITH A TRACK RECORD OF DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBALLY AND IN WRITING
- A BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN A RELEVANT FIELD (E.G. BUSINESS, MARKETING)
- AVERAGE SALARY £35,000 - £45,000 PER ANNUM, DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
