Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for running the sales process from start to end, which includes conducting negotiations, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.

You will manage Sales Forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot, creating proposals and client follow-up, while consistently utilizing CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders.

You will contribute to the team's quota across the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria), ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software. You will work closely with internal teams to identify new opportunities and collaborate on growth attainment and increased footprint.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around €65,000 - €85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working arrangements, regular incentives, and opportunities for career progression.
