Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Process Engineer with experience in Continuous Cold Roll Bonding of Aluminium alloys to Low Carbon Steel. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and delivering technical support required to ensure the efficient operation of Bimetal Bonding and Inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and measure processes to identify trends and best practices.
  • Ensure production practices follow existing process controls.
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects, including process development and equipment upgrades.
  • Verify and validate process changes.
  • Own Standard Operating Procedures and Production Control Plans.
  • Prepare technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Be a Mechanical graduate (desired).
  • Have experience in Cold Roll Bonding (desired).
  • Have 2 years of Process Engineer experience (desired).
  • Have good knowledge of Autodesk Inventor/Solidworks 3D CAD software or equivalent.
  • Have a broad knowledge of various methods of processing strip materials, such as rolling, annealing, and machining.
  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Be a good team player able to support the Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams.
  • Be flexible and approachable.
