Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to join our London team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the heart of our workforce and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Manage employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives and improve workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and Home Office regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment in a People and Culture/HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Home Office regulations
  • Experience in ER management, policy development, HR systems, and project management
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and more
  • Experience with payroll systems (essential) and Tronc (preferred)
