Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the heart of our workforce, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and drive employee growth.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Oversee payroll systems and ensure compliance with UK employment law and Home Office regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
- Provide HR support to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a high-end, fast-paced hospitality environment in a People & Culture/HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Home Office regulations.
- Experience in ER management, policy development, HR systems, and project management.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and more.
- Experience with payroll systems (essential) and Tronc (preferred).
