Operations Training Manager Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Operations Training Manager to join our Overseas team at Jet2 Holidays. As a key member of our learning and development team, you'll play a vital role in driving our training strategy to meet the needs of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and implement the learning and development strategy, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback.
  • Coach and mentor a team of trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery.
  • Ensure all training programmes are compliant with industry regulations and internal standards.
Requirements:
  • A strong communicator and influencer with experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team of trainers, including remote team management.
