We are seeking an experienced Operational Trainer to join our team at our British Gypsum site in Sherburn in Elmet. As an Operational Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering key training material to our drivers and influencing effectively to get the message across.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve operational efficiency and driver performance
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
