We are seeking a skilled College Associate Nurse to join our Integrated Cardio-Respiratory Services team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to adult respiratory patients across various settings. Key Responsibilities
As a College Associate Nurse, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing the provision of care to respiratory patients, working closely with consultants, allied health professionals, and other healthcare specialists. Your role will involve providing support and advice to doctors, nurses, and patients, ensuring smooth transitions of care within the community setting. Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and facilitating high-quality care for adult respiratory patients in various settings.
- Providing support and advice to healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Degree (or equivalent) in Nursing, along with evidence of Continuing Professional Development and State registration with the NMC. Experience in a relevant clinical setting and knowledge of respiratory care are essential. What We Offer
