Senior Business Development Manager

This is a remote role that requires frequent travel to our Business Units across the UK. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing results-driven marketing plans, recommending key metrics to track success, and allocating budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate to develop marketing plans that identify growth opportunities and strengthen our market position
- Recommend key metrics to track success and ensure business growth in revenue, brand presence, and lead generation
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to allocate budgets effectively and maximize returns
Salary: Up to £59,400 per annum
Requirements:- Up to 5 years of experience in a senior business development or marketing role
- Strong leadership skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to travel frequently and work collaboratively as part of a team
