Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Spire Global, Inc. This role will be responsible for managing logistics, inventory, procurement, and material handling to align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and purchasing operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular audits.
  • Manage the PR to PO process for inventory and non-inventory items.
  • Build relationships with 3PL providers, negotiate rates, and schedule domestic and international shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and timely customs clearance.
  • Utilize inventory software to track material flow and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Implement measures to ensure material integrity and compliance with standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-year College diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in supply chain management or logistics, ideally in manufacturing or aerospace.
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis; knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in warehousing and logistics.
What We Offer

Spire Global operates a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in office. Access to US export controlled software and/or technology may be required.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
