Job Overview

CK Group is partnering with Nxera Pharma UK Limited to recruit a Procurement Specialist for their Granta Park or Central London office. This role involves managing procurement processes, tracking key operational metrics, and analyzing supplier spend to drive best value.

About the Role
  • Manage procurement processes, including new supplier evaluation, setup, and purchase order management.
  • Track and report key operational metrics using Power BI, focusing on procurement cycle times, efficiency, PO volumes, and spend.
  • Analyze supplier spend to identify opportunities for negotiation and develop a preferred suppliers list.
  • Support the procurement of materials and services using the S2P platform.
Requirements
  • A BSc or professional qualification in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in procurement and/or vendor management.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate supplier proposals, contracts, and spend data.
  • Experience in data management and analysis.
  • Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Strong project and financial management skills.
