Job Description

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring smooth transitions of stock from overseas into our group warehouses.

  • Raising and receiving purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies that may occur.
  • Communicating with our forwarding company in the UK to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  • Reconciling invoices periodically and communicating with our finance team to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
  • Liaising with depots regarding stock adjustments and product quality feedback queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possessing a full UK driving license.

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
