Job DescriptionThis is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring smooth transitions of stock from overseas into our group warehouses.
- Raising and receiving purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies that may occur.
- Communicating with our forwarding company in the UK to ensure timely delivery of stock.
- Reconciling invoices periodically and communicating with our finance team to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
- Liaising with depots regarding stock adjustments and product quality feedback queries.
We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possessing a full UK driving license.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Competent in using computerized systems for procurement and inventory management.
