Compliance Team Leader

We are partnering with a reputable Social Housing Association in South Wales to recruit a Compliance Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £38,435 - £42,639 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of four Compliance Coordinators and overseeing the delivery of all landlord compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Compliance Coordinators to ensure the delivery of all landlord compliance functions
  • Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of all landlord compliance functions, including fire, asbestos, gas, electrics, legionella, and lifts
  • Ensuring that all required compliance checks/works are completed and recorded
  • Monitoring compliance data, KPIs, and team performance to ensure the organization meets all compliance-related regulations
  • Developing, implementing, and delivering a quality assurance framework for all processes within the compliance team
  • Ensuring that all relevant staff members have the appropriate level of training in compliance areas to meet the needs of their role and to support our customers

Requirements:

  • Experience required within property compliance
  • Proven technical skills/experience in one or more areas of the big 6, preferably electrical
  • Strong management experience
  • Confident with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
  • NEBOSH or similar qualification desirable
  • Own car and full UK driving licence
