Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to join our team at C2 Recruitment Ltd. As a Retail Stocktake Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to ensure efficient and accurate stock taking
- Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites
- Ensure compliance with client procedures and protocols
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
- Monitor and report on stock taking progress and results
- Proven experience in stock taking or inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 per hour plus £1.39 holiday pay
