Dedicated SEMH Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking an experienced SEMH Support Worker to join our team at a fantastic school in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs, and will be able to work as part of a team to provide support and guidance.
Key Requirements:The successful applicant will need to have a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, and excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. We are also looking for someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and positive.
- Restraint Training (desirable)
- Ability to work as part of a team
We are offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including excellent rates of pay and continuous CPD training.
