About the Role
In this esteemed position as a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students overcome challenges and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include creating tailored resources for teachers, supervising activities, and developing positive relationships with pupils.

  • Create Resources: Develop materials that cater to the specific needs of pupils.
  • Supervise Activities: Organise and oversee projects and sports sessions.
  • The ability to create and maintain positive relationships with pupils.
  • Active listening skills and sensitivity towards children's needs.
  • A sound understanding of lesson content and the ability to support its delivery.
