Residential Development Specialist

Salary: £41,356.71 - £44,106.20 per annum

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a housing association, contributing to the delivery of new homes in your area.

As a Residential Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential development projects, ensuring they meet the organization's objectives.

Main Tasks:
  • To develop project programs taking into account available resources, strategic regeneration plans, and procurement timelines.
  • To support the Head of Regeneration and Development in reviewing, securing, and delivering development opportunities.
  • To conduct thorough development appraisals, assessing viability and potential for progression.
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience in development and regeneration, including leadership roles.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
